The Human

Who I am beyond the work

The work is important. But I'm also just a person who gets to live a life now.

Here's what you'd know about me if we were friends.

Movement

I've always been athletic. Wrestled, studied martial arts, trained jiu-jitsu for years and loved the puzzle of it: the way position beats force, the way you have to stay completely present or you lose.

These days it's kettlebells, clubbells, gym, yoga. Hot saunas and cold plunges. Skiing when I can get to a mountain. I like moving. I like sweating. I like feeling alive in my body.

None of this is discipline. I just enjoy it. Which, if you'd told the addict version of me, would have sounded insane.

Random skills

I used to play professional-level pool. Hours at the table, reading angles, controlling the cue ball. It's a different kind of presence. Geometric, meditative, deeply satisfying when it clicks.

I've created multiple podcasts. I've built many digital products. I've built systems for things most people don't think need systems. I like figuring things out and being methodical. If something can be made more efficient or more elegant, I want to know how.

Lifestyle

I run a digital nomad business and hate that we call it that. I can work from anywhere with a laptop and a connection. I built it that way on purpose.

I love the beach. Water, sun, horizon. Something resets in me near the ocean.

I'm in happy relationships now. I've been a step-parent figure. I've experienced what stable, healthy connection actually feels like. Something I couldn't have imagined during the years when stability itself seemed like a fantasy other people had.

What matters to me

Freedom. Not freedom from things. Freedom for things. The ability to work on what matters, spend time with who matters, and live on my own terms.

Depth. I'm not interested in shallow. In work, in relationships, in conversation. I want to go where things actually get real.

Integrity. I don't say things I don't mean. I don't sell things I don't stand behind. I've rebuilt every important relationship in my life on the foundation of honesty. Including with myself.

That's me. Not the whole picture. No page could be. But enough to know who you're dealing with.

If you want the method rather than the man, that is where Evo starts.
